This document outlines the terms governing your use of the spa9i platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the spa9i platform via https://spa9i.app or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and spa9i as the platform provider. This agreement applies to all users regardless of access method, whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other device.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this page to stay informed of the current applicable terms.

Account Creation & Security

Registration Requirements
  • You must be 18 years or older to register and use the spa9i platform.
  • Each user is allowed to have only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided during registration—including full name, phone number, and bank account details—must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Spa9i reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of information provided.
Account Security Responsibilities
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
  • Any activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether done by yourself or someone who has accessed your information.
  • If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact spa9i support immediately at [email protected].
  • Spa9i is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account.

User Responsibilities & Regulations

Spa9i users must comply with all established usage rules. Violations of any of the following rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

Permitted Use
  • Using spa9i’s platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
  • Deposit and withdraw funds through supported payment methods using bank or digital wallet accounts registered in your own name.
  • Interacting with the platform honestly and without any fraudulent intent.
  • Contacting customer support for assistance with technical issues or valid transactions.
Prohibited Uses
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized methods to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
  • Registering an account using another person’s identity or false information.
  • Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers in ways that violate the specified terms.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the spa9i platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or digital wallet details used are correct and registered under their own name.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via supported methods such as FPX (online banking) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). spa9i does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Successful deposits will be credited to the user’s account within the time frame specified by the system. spa9i is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to Malaysian bank accounts registered under the same name as the user’s spa9i account. Withdrawal requests that do not match the registered account details will be rejected or delayed for verification purposes. spa9i may require supporting documents for identity verification before processing withdrawals. Processing times depend on the financial institutions involved and are not guaranteed by spa9i.

Important Transaction Notes
  • All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
  • Spa9i does not charge hidden processing fees, but your bank may impose additional charges.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their bank account transaction limits are sufficient.
  • Any suspicious fraudulent transactions will be blocked immediately and related accounts may be suspended without prior notice.

Account Policies, Suspension & Closure

Spa9i reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts for various reasons outlined below. Decisions on suspension or closure are final unless a successful appeal is made through the proper channels.

Reasons for Temporary Suspension
  • Incomplete identity verification or missing information.
  • Unusual transactions or signs of fraud that require further investigation.
  • User-requested account suspension for responsible gaming purposes.
  • Technical issues that require spa9i team account review.
Reason for Permanent Closure
  • Serious violations of these Terms & Conditions, including the use of bots or fraud.
  • Multiple accounts opened by the same individual.
  • Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
  • Illegal activities verified through internal investigation or reports by authorities.
Appeal Process & Fund Balances

If your account is suspended or closed, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the notice. For account closures not related to fraud, any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered bank account once all reviews are completed and there are no outstanding claims. Refund processing time depends on the outcome of the investigation.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Governing Law

Limitation of Liability

Spa9i is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses from betting outcomes, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond our control. spa9i’s total liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the total deposits made within 30 days prior to a claim being submitted.

Intellectual Property

All content on the spa9i platform—including logos, designs, text, software code, images, and marketing materials—is intellectual property owned by spa9i or licensed to us. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or exploiting any platform content without written permission from spa9i. Any intellectual property violations may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links & Legal

Spa9i may display links or references to third-party services such as payment processors. spa9i is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising will be resolved by the relevant Malaysian courts. spa9i reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice to users.
